Mastering Independence Program for Adults 50+
For individuals who are 50 years of age or older, Chapman Physical Therapy has a special program specifically designed for you to ensure you are aging optimally, with a focus on independence and robust living. Using the latest evidence, our monthly coaching will help you move better, with less pain, while improving your overall health. Our exercise program helps you combat cardiovascular disease, osteoporosis, cognitive decline, diabetes and frailty while improving your strength, fitness, quality of life, and independence. Every program is uniquely designed for your medical background, what you enjoy doing (and what you don’t) as well as your specific goals.
*First month includes* Two 60-minute in-person sessions to fully evaluate you.
*All following months include*
Personalized exercise programs specified towards your goals and updated every month.
1:1 60 minute session
Email / text access to Dr. Chapman for questions, modifications and progressions/regressions.
Monthly programs with Chapman PT are oriented towards making long-lasting, full body changes. Therefore, the programs are intended to be followed for 6-9 months. However, all subscriptions are on a month-month basis, no sign-up fees, no cancellation fees, no long-term contracts.
